Privacy Policy – Exterminators: Roach Invasion
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This privacy policy explains what information the game Exterminators: Roach Invasion ("the game") uses, and why. The game is made by STOIAN LUCIAN-MARIUS PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (tax ID 55493950), Drumul Gilăului nr. 7F, Bl. CORP A, Sc. A, Et. 3, Ap. 21, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@stoiangames.com.
1. Information the game keeps on your device
The game saves your progress and settings (levels completed, lives, sound and ad settings, whether you bought the "Premium pack") only on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
We do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location, and the game does not need an account.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google:
- Bonus videos that you choose to watch (for extra coins, extra lives, an extra FREEZE, a second chance or 4x speed) – a video plays only when you tap an offer;
- full-screen ads after some levels (they are removed by the "Premium pack" purchase).
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can show your approximate location), device information and how you interact with the ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent (with Google's consent form) before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later from the game's Settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads).

3. Purchases (Google Play)
The "Premium pack" purchase is made through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or payment details. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made, so the game can turn on the Premium pack.
4. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because the game itself does not send us any personal data, requests about advertising data are best made to Google (see the links above). For any question, write to contact@stoiangames.com. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
