Privacy Policy – Drifters: Smokin' Wheels

This privacy policy explains what information the game Drifters: Smokin' Wheels ("the game") uses, and why. The game is made by STOIAN LUCIAN-MARIUS PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (tax ID 55493950), Drumul Gilăului nr. 7F, Bl. CORP A, Sc. A, Et. 3, Ap. 21, Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania ("we", "us"). 1. Information the game keeps on your device

The game saves your career and settings (money, cars, upgrades, championship results, control settings, whether you bought "NO ADS") only on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.

The game can use your phone's motion sensor (accelerometer) to steer the car when you turn on TILT steering. This is used only inside the game, at that moment, and is never saved or sent.

We do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location, and the game does not need an account.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google:

• reward videos that you choose to watch (double prize money, free cash, a doubled daily gift) – a video plays only when you tap an offer;
• full-screen ads between some championship events (they are removed by the "NO ADS" purchase).

To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can show your approximate location), device information and how you interact with the ads.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent (with Google's consent form) before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later in the game. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads).

3. Purchases (Google Play)

Purchases in the shop (cash packs, the upgrade kit, "NO ADS") are made through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card or payment details. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made, so the game can give you what you bought.

4. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because the game itself does not send us any personal data, requests about advertising data are best made to Google (see the links above). For any question, write to contact@stoiangames.com. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
